Please review all product descriptions, photos, and shop policies before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our policies. All policies have been updated.
❓ Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the nature of a small business, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Please be sure to carefully review all product details before purchasing. If you have questions about an item, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
❓ Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
No. Once an order is submitted, it immediately enters our fulfillment process.
We are no longer able to accept order cancellations, including buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases.
❓ How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours.
During large sales, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may take longer due to the number of orders.
Orders are packed daily, and we appreciate your patience during busy times.
❓ Are you Amazon?
No 🤍 Christina Loves Planning is a small business, and each order is packed with care. While we work hard (often 7 days a week), shipping timelines may differ from large corporations. Thank you for your understanding and support.
❓ What materials are your binders made from?
Our binders are made from vegan leather. Material details are listed in each product description. Due to the structure of the material, binders may not lay completely flat when opened until used.
❓ What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and assist accordingly.
❓ What if my package is delayed or lost?
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
❓ Can I change my address after ordering?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect address information, and address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed. Send email before order goes out.
