Due to the nature of a small business, all sales are final. At this time, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please be sure to carefully review all product descriptions, photos, sizes, and details before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, we are always happy to help before you place your order.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the event of:

  • Items that arrive damaged

  • Items that are incorrect from what was ordered

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Additional Notes

  • We are not responsible for dissatisfaction due to personal preference, material expectations, or sizing once an order has been placed.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Sale and promotional items are final sale.
