Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (Monday–Saturday).
Please note: during large sales, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended due to the increased number of orders. I pack orders daily, but additional time may be needed during these busy periods.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of my control. Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If an issue arises, I will do my best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
